Michael Dmyterko of Greenwood Environmental Consulting will present "Developing Contaminated Properties - Pitfalls and Profits." Mr. Dmyterko will show us how to cope with properties contaminated by hazardous materials and how to turn it into profits, often handsome. He has over 25 years of environmental experience; has law (JD) and engineering degrees, and is an assistant professor at Dominican University.
