(a) Active Member -- an individual, a partnership or corporation; must hold at least one conference appointment for one year; must have been in the construction business for at least one year; must be of Polish descent and meet all the requirements of PACBA’s bylaws. Every Active Member has the right to ONE vote.

(b) Associate Member -- an individual who is regularly employed by any individual, partnership or corporation operating in the construction industry for at least half a year, regardless of nationality, without recommendation of Active Member. His function shall be in an advisory capacity and can be chosen as member of the committee (subject to approval by the Board of Directors) with no right to vote.

(c) Sponsor Member -- an individual, a partnership or corporation supporting PACBA with minimum sponsoring dues of $360 per year.

(d) Honorary Member – an individual who has rendered exceptional services for PACBA and may be designated at the Annual Meeting as an Honorary Member.
